Tai Chi Long Form - Play the Peipa

This is performed precisely as the previous time.

From Boonchai

“In tai chi you need to empty your mind during practice. Just let your muscles learn instead of (using) your brain to learn. First you need to use your brain memory then slowly switch to empty your brain just use your muscles to learn. Once your muscles remember your arms can move freely with your feet. You can’t just use your brain because our brains and memory will go down. Once you are retired then can’t remember anything. We have to use the muscles to remember. When I teach a new move practice to get it, practice until your brain gets it. Use your brain to forget it, use your muscles to remember it. Practice for it, practice to get it, then practice to forget it. During the practice don’t ask ‘how can I remember?’.  When you get stressed that’s not tai chi. The form is so long, you cannot remember. How can you remember several forms? You will learn this one and the fan and the sword and the saber. You can’t use your brain to memorize. Treat it like meditation and empty your mind. Let your muscles learn.”
